"I filed a claim almost a month ago and State Farm has an incorrect mortgage company listed on my home owners policy. I've spoken to claims several times and was informed that I need to contact Tara Wustner and have her to reach out to underwriting to get the issue resolved and I'm still dealing with this issue. It's not resolved, so everytime I call I've requested to speak with Tara or to have her call me back but her reps keeps assuring me they can resolve the issue and it's not resolved. So, I said since I can not speak with her directly or get a return call directly from her I'm canceling all of my insurance policies once this is finally resolved and Ms. Wustners calls me back with a very bad attitude telling me I don't appreciate you calling my reps lazy and incompetent. I never once used either one of those words, I said to the rep I spoke to today I don't think your understanding what I'm saying or trying to explain that you see it on your side where the mortgage company name has been changed in you'lls system but in the claim system the mortgage company still shows the incorrect information and that's why I still haven't received payment for my claim that's been filed almost 4wks ago. As a professional you never call your client with a bad ass attitude and be rude to someone that's bringing business to you and putting money in your pocket Ms. Wustner. I'm just trying to get my property that's been damaged repaired and if you don't care about your clients then your in the wrong business."
